The IND stops using fax
The IND has entirely stopped using fax. For quite some time, the fax was only used by a small group to send and receive formal messages.
From now on, applicants, lawyers and companies can securely submit documents using My IND, the Solicitor’s Portal and the Business Portal.
Objection letters and default notices
Objection letters and default notices cannot be filed via the digital portals. Instead, use emailing with Zivver to file an objection letter or default notice. Read more information on our page Mailing securely with Zivver. Emailing securely is also a good alternative when the digital portals are (temporarily) unavailable.
