You can call us from Monday until Friday between 9.00 and 17.00.
Keep V number or case number available
We will ask for a V number or case number when you call us. You can find the V number and case number in the letters from the IND. The V number is also stated after ‘VNR’ on the back of your residence document.
Sometimes calling is not necessary
Some things you can arrange yourself. Then, calling is not necessary. This prevents unnecessary waiting on the phone.
Make an appointment online
Would you like an appointment to visit an IND desk? For example, to have biometrics taken or to collect your residence document? Make an appointment with the IND.

Has the decision period of your application not yet expired? Then we cannot tell you when you will receive a decision. We are still processing your application. Follow the status of your application in My IND.
