Expat Centres / IND Service Points
Expat centres help highly skilled migrants on their arrival and with their residency in the Netherlands. For example, at an expat centre you can get a residence endorsement sticker, have your biometric data taken and collect your residence document. You must make an appointment to do this. Each expat center can decide for itself whether and how much you have to pay (extra) for the service.
Do you not want to pay for these services? Then choose an IND desk or IND Service Point on your residence permit application form to collect your residence permit. The IND offers these services free of charge.
