I am authorised but I do not see the case in the portal. How can this be?
open minusDid you or the Legal Aid Board (in Dutch: Raad voor Rechtsbijstand) inform the IND that you are authorised? Then the IND will list you as authorised representative as quickly as possible. It can take 24 hours until the authorisation has been processed. After that you will see the case in the portal.
Have you been authorised before or is it urgent? Please send an email to pva@ind.nl. Include the case number and attach a confirmation of your previous authorisation.
-
I am authorised by a fellow attorney. Can I also receive notifications in my email?
open minusWe cannot add an extra email address for notifications. We advise you to log in on the portal regularly and check for new messages. Or have all emails from the IND forwarded to you. This is something the recipient of the notifications can also set themselves in Outlook.

I am missing a document in a case. How is that possible?
open minusHave you uploaded a case document in the portal? Then an IND staff member has to approve the case document first. This may take a couple of hours. After approval you will see the case document in the portal.
Is a case document still not visible after 24 hours? Then send an email to pva@ind.nl. Include the case number and tell us which case document is missing in the overview.
