You want to submit documents to the IND. On this page you can read about the different ways to do so.

Upload your documents

Do you have a DigiD? And is your application, appeal or other procedure still being processed? Then you can upload additional documents via the website.

Are you a business client and do you have access to the Business Portal? You can upload documents in the Business Portal.

Asylum lawyers

Are you a lawyer in an asylum case? Send your additional documents via the Solicitor Portal.

Securely email documents

You can also securely email documents. Read more about emailing securely with Zivver.

Do you have a case number? Mention the case number in the subject of your email. 

Documents may each be up to 10 MB. In total you can add up to 20 MB per email. Are your documents together larger than 20 MB? Please send an extra email with the other documents.

Documents for an objection case

Do you want to submit an objection letter? Or have you already submitted an objection letter and do you wish to complete your appeal? Go to the page object or appeal decision.

Is your objection about a visa for short stay or a transit visa? Then go to the page object decision on Schengen or transit visa.

Medical documents

Do you have medical documents for Bureau Medische Advisering (BMA)? For privacy reasons you mail these directly to BMA.

Documents for an asylum application

Have you applied for asylum? And do you still need to submit documents that prove who you are and where you come from? Then we ask you to submit original documents by post. This is not possible with secure email. Read more about this in our flyer
