Did you (or your sponsor) receive a letter from the IND to collect your residence document? Then please make an appointment at
the IND desk stated in the letter.
It is currently very busy at the IND desks. Almost all dates for making an appointment are occupied. Check the online schedule regularly, as dates can become available every day due to cancellations.
Are you a United Kingdom (UK) national, or the family member of a UK national, and you do not have the nationality of an EU or EEA country or Switzerland? Your residence document will be delivered to your home until the end of 2020. You can find more information on 'Delivery of residence document after Brexit'.
Have you received a letter to collect your W2 document? Call 088 043 04 30 to make an appointment.
Are you collecting a residence document for a child born in the Netherlands? Please bring one of the following:
- Your (the parents) valid passport or residence document, and
- The valid passport or (copy of) birth certificate/proof of registration at the municipality (BRP) of the child.
You must collect your document yourself from the IND Desk. Children under 18 years are required to collect their document together with a parent or legal representative.
