What you can expect from us

At the IND, we believe that ‘meaningful work’ is a two-way street: you are meaningful to us, and we are meaningful to you. That is why you can expect the following:

  • A good salary, also as a trainee or intern (internship allowance).
  • A healthy work-life balance. If your role allows it, you can work from home and at the office (hybrid).
  • An Individual Choice Budget (IKB). The IKB is provided in addition to your salary, and consists of money (16.5% of your gross annual salary) and time (additional leave). This will allow for you to make choices that suit your own needs, tailored to your personal situation.
  • Opportunities for personal growth and career development through the IND Academy, our centre of expertise for learning and development.

How to apply

Have you found a job opening that excites you? Great! The job posting will always explain the application process and state the deadline. We will get back to you within two weeks. There are three possible outcomes:

  1. We will invite you for an interview to learn more about you.
  2. We will let you know we see a better match with other applicants.
  3. We think you are not (yet) a good fit for the position, but that you could be a great fit for the IND. If this is the case, we would like to keep in touch.

And then...

  1. Interview
Have you been invited for an interview? You will receive an email with all the practical information you need. Sometimes the process involves several interviews, an assessment or an assignment.

  2. Quick response
You will get a quick response from us after the interview. Of course, it takes a two-way connection. We choose you, but you are also choosing us.

  3. Is it a match?
Congratulations! We have found our new colleague. And you have found your new employer. After a final meeting to discuss the terms of employment, we can start making a difference together.
