Curious about the life of a Legal Representative at the Immigration and Naturalisation Service?

During the IND Legal Affairs Department's In-house Day, you will have a unique opportunity to learn everything about the role of Legal Representative. After this day, you will know exactly what a legal representative's working week looks like, what cases are argued and how the preparations for these cases are made. Meet your potential colleagues and discover if a career as a legal representative at the IND is right for you.

What can you expect?

• A welcome speech and brief introduction to the work of the Legal Affairs Department.
• An interactive workshop in which you will get to work on a hearing yourself.
• A workshop by an experienced legal representative on dilemmas and the human dimension.
• A tour of the department so that you can get an idea of where you might end up working.
• Drinks, where you can meet the team and talk to a manager and/or recruiter.

Who is the day intended for?

The In-house Day is especially for anyone who has (almost) completed a university degree in a legal field and has an affinity with immigration law.
