Log in
To use My IND you have to log in using DigiD. DigiD is explained in different languages (Dutch, English, French, Arabic and Tigrinya).

Have you recently applied for a residence permit?
Using My IND you can track the progress
the IND has made with your application.
How can you use My IND?
Visit www.ind.nl/en. Click on My IND and log in with your DigiD.
You are now in My IND where you can view the following.
One. Under the Personal details tab, you can see the personal details
the IND has registered for you, your partner and/or children.
Two. Under the Applications tab, you can see the
progress the IND has made with your application.
Three. Under the Residence permit tab, you can see which residence permit you have.
And the information on your residence document, if this has been issued.
And 4. Under the Follow-up options tab, you can see which
other applications you could submit in due course.
If you have submitted an application and you still need to provide
some documents, you can easily upload these in My IND.
If you have also registered to receive messages from the IND
in your message box (Berichtenbox) on mijn.overheid.nl, then you will also receive an email when
there is a new message for you from the IND.
So log in to My IND now!

Information in My IND
My IND has the following subjects:
Applications
You can check the status of your application and how long it may take for the IND to decide. After you receive a decision, your application will remain visible for 28 days. Each application has a legal or reasonable decision period. The IND can use this entire period to process your application. Has the decision period for your application not yet expired? Then your application is still being processed.
Follow-up options
Here you see an overview of other applications you can make in your situation. You only see a follow up application when you can submit that application. For example, you see the option for extension only from 3 months before your residence permit expires.
Residence permit
Here you see which residence permit you have. And the information that is printed on the residence document.
Personal details
Here you see your personal details as known to the IND. Some details you can change yourself. Other details you will have to get changed at the municipality.
Family members
Are you a sponsor for a family member? Then you can also view your family member's information. Would you like to see your child's information? And is your child younger than 12 years old? Then log in with your own DigiD. You will not see any data if you use your child's DigiD.
