Monthly figures Service Desk

On this page, the IND publishes figures regarding appointments at the service desks. These are appointments made by applicants to collect their documents or to have their biometrics (fingerprints, signature, and photos) taken.

June 2026

Applicants made a total of 22,680 appointments to collect residence documents from the IND desks in June and only had to wait for 4 days on average. A total of 22,850 appointments were made to provide biometrics (fingerprints, signature and photos). It was possible to make appointments within 6 days on average.
