MijnOverheid: as of 9 October, Berichtenboxapp (Message Box app) is available in the app stores

The IND is connected to the Message Box of MijnOverheid.

This is your personal, secure mailbox for digital mail from government organisations. You can receive your mail from the IND in this Message Box.

As of 9 October, Berichtenboxapp of MijnOverheid is available in the Apple AppStore (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Message box app is suitable for use on mobile phones and tablets. The users link the app by means of DigiD to their MijnOverheid account and can then choose a PIN to log in to the app.

The launch of the app will simplify the access to the Message Box. The users can open the mail from the authorities directly in the app and they no longer need to log in to MijnOverheid. It is also possible to forward mail from the app to an e-mail address.

The app notifies you when new mail has been delivered in the Message box by using the notification function of the mobile phone or tablet.
