Brexit extension: no consequences for residence right of UK nationals living in the Netherlands

​During the Brexit extension period, UK nationals and their family members retain their rights as an EU citizen to live, work and study in the Netherlands.

​They do not need the temporary residence permit received from the IND.  In the event of a no-deal Brexit, however, they do need it to prove their right of residence. They should, therefore,  keep the temporary residence permit safe.
