Collect a document
You have received a message from the IND. In this message it says that your residence permit, original document, statelessness document (S-document) or EU registration card is ready. Make an appointment to collect your document.

Biometrics (passport photo, fingerprints and signature)
You have received a letter from the IND. The letter states that we need your photo, signature and fingerprints for your residence document. Make an appointment to have your biometrics taken.

Residence endorsement sticker
A residence endorsement sticker is proof that you are allowed to await your procedure in the Netherlands. The IND places this sticker in your passport. Make an appointment to apply for a residence endorsement sticker.

Return visa
You are going abroad, but you temporarily do not have a valid residence permit. You will need a return visa (TKV) to return to the Netherlands. Make an appointment to apply for a return visa.

Ukraine: collect proof of residency

Appointment family reunification IND Zevenaar
Make an appointment for registration of your traveling family member at the IND refugee reunification desk in Zevenaar. Do this after booking the journey, but before your family member departs for the Netherlands.
