New residence documents IND look different

Since the beginning of October, our residence documents look different. We are currently receiving inquiries from customers, employers and cooperating organisations who do not recognise these new documents.
Employers in particular are concerned about the authenticity of the documents. But municipalities also report that customers show documents they have recently collected from the IND. To provide more clarity, we are working on examples of all the updated documents. Once they are ready, these images will become available on www.vreemdelingendocumenten.nl. This is expected to happen by the end of next week. The documents all have the same design. Below is an example of one of the new documents.
